We operate a loyalty point scheme for all customers. With every purchase you will earn one point per £1 spent (excluding shipping). Once you have collected 500 points, you can use them against the cost of your next purchase. Each point is worth £0.05. Accumulated points are valid for 3 months from your latest order date. For example if a customer has 100 points which expire next month, but they place an order today it will extend the validity of their first 100 points, plus their new points, for another 3 months.
To help spread the cost of purchases over £150, we offer a "layaway" scheme at no extra cost. A non-refundable deposit secures your bear, and remaining payments can then be made over a pre-agreed period of time (up to 6 months). If you subsequently fail to make the agreed payments on-time, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If your order is cancelled you will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. Unfortunately we are unable to transfer an agreed layaway from one product to another. A layaway agreement will be emailed to you before any deposit is accepted from you.
POSTAGE & RETURNS
We offer free UK postage on all purchases over £250.
All items require a signature on delivery.
Every effort is made to accurately describe items that we sell, including any damage, repairs or alterations that we believe to have been made since the item was originally manufactured. However, we accept no responsibility for any minor discrepancies that may have been missed in the description. We endeavour to photograph all items outdoors in natural light, but inevitably this is not always possible in the UK, which means that photographed items may appear a slightly different colour to the one you receive. If you have any questions about a product's attributes, please contact us before purchasing and we will happy provide you with answers and a video.
For online payments and all international purchases we accept PayPal. For UK customers, we are also able to accept cheques, postal orders, cash (at your own risk) and bank transfer.
Payments for items purchased through this website will be processed in GBP (Pounds Sterling), regardless of the currency with which you chose to view. If you chose to change the currency from GBP, please be aware that the advertised prices are based on currency conversion rates and are therefore assumed to be indicative only.
We offer a 14 day return and refund policy for UK purchases only. To qualify for this, the item must be returned in its original packaging, and the item(s) must be in the same condition as it was sent. If you wish to return an item, please contact us prior to posting and you will be issued with a Item Return Number which will need to be included with the item - this will speed up the refund process once your item arrives back to us. All returned items are sent at the purchaser's own risk. We recommend that you purchase insurance, and obtain proof of postage when returning items to us. All postage & packaging costs are to be paid by the purchaser.
We do not accept returns for any item(s) sent to addresses outside the UK, and any applicable customs/import charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
The products sold on this website are second-hand and as such they are intended for adult collectors only. No items we sell are suitable for children to use, or play with.
